Cinderella's

Cinderella, aka C'99 or C'88, is definitely one of the most exotic, productive, special, and almost mystical strains in the Sumo Seeds catalog. This small plant with citrusy buds flowers in just nine weeks. It's a super sweet, citrusy, and uplifting strain that's been around for a few decades, but never really made a splash on the commercial cannabis scene. This American-born strain has often been used to crossbreed with other cultivars, always making them a bit special. The sativa genetics behind Cinderella make it even more special because nowadays, almost pure sativas usually take more than twelve weeks to flower and grow to enormous sizes, and very often, some of them produce very leafy buds. In the case of Cinderella, that's not the case at all. No one really understands the biology behind it, yet Cinderella is praised for its beautiful qualities.

Our Cinderella seeds are the result of a breeding project to create an even more sativa-rich Cindy with an even shorter flowering time. We achieved this by simply selecting the most potent Cinderella phenotype (#88) and then crossing it with our trusted Oaxacan sativa, which gave the C'88 more potency and flavor.

With a flowering time of 8/9 weeks, Cinderella is a very fast-flowering sativa strain. Despite its sativa-dominant genetics, it won't grow much taller. The flower-to-leaf ratio is absolutely phenomenal. It won't develop many leaves, but instead puts its energy into forming rock-hard buds. Its color is light green with many orange pistols. Outdoors, you can start harvesting in late October or early November. Cinderella is only suitable for outdoor cultivation in warmer climates. It will reach a height of approximately 180cm.

Although Cinderellas is primarily sativa-dominant, its yield is reminiscent of an indica. It produces compact and dense buds, yielding between 400 and 500g/m². Outdoors in warmer climates, with a little care, you can harvest between 400 and 500 grams per plant. It's a perfect mix for those seeking a high-yielding strain without sacrificing effect and flavor.

Cinderella's has a high THC percentage, just as we'd expect from a sativa-dominant cannabis strain. The effect will hit you with a psychoactive cerebral high. It's uplifting and gives you a sense of euphoria. It's a great daytime strain.

The Cinderella's aroma is reminiscent of citrus, grapefruit, with an earthy undertone. Curing the buds will enhance the grapefruit aroma. The flavor is somewhere between sour and fruity.
