The unique truffle experience has made them very popular in recent years. What's commonly called a truffle is actually a sclerotia. Sclerotia are a collection of mycelium (fungal filaments). These threads are underground. The drop in temperature and the increase in humidity create an ideal environment for the fungus. If this environment isn't ideal, the mycelium forms sclerotia (truffles) and absorbs nutrients, allowing it to grow into mushrooms in ideal conditions.
Usage:
• Use truffles in a safe environment
• Never take more than 1 container at a time
• Start with half the total weight in the bowl, decide after 30-45 minutes whether you want to increase the dose.
• Once you feel the effects, you only need a small dose to enhance the effects
• Truffles work best on an empty stomach
• Chew the truffles well, this improves their effect.
• Truffles can also be taken in the form of tea or soup
• Store truffles in a dark place at 2-4 °C
